OUR STORY.
Our owner served his apprenticship at George Lomas Limited in Radford, Nottingham, starting in 1977.
He then started his own business after qualifying in 1984 and has worked in the print industry all his working life.
Letterpress beginnings
Our owner started work as a letterpress machine minder working Heidelberg platens and Albert Frankenthal printing machines. Then the company he worked for modernised and installed Heidelberg GTO and Kord machines.
In 1984 he had the opportunity to purchase his own printing press with a business partner and started a company called Boulevard Graphics Limited having premises in Sherwood.
They had many local customers and printed every issue of the local St. Martin's church magazine, The Sherwood Messenger.
New opportunities
He then worked for various printing and print finishing companies in a managerial role until November 2021, when he left to start his own business The Print Workshop.
New Premises
We have recently moved into new premises in the small village of Blisthorpe in north Nottinghamshire.
We are able to produce or source any kind of printed products, from small orders of business cards, leaflets and business stationery, right through to large print runs of books and even point of sale and exhibition stands.
